May Feature Update: automated emails, improved reporting and branded user journeys!

We’re committed to making your experience using Huggg a good one, making improvements based on what’s important to you. Here’s what’s new to the biz platform ⭐️ this month.

Since launching our biz platform last autumn, we’ve been listening to what you love (and like a little less) about Huggg, making improvements based on what’s important to you. We’re excited to announce that we’ve added some new features to help make sharing microgifts even easier. 

What’s new?

💌 Send microgifts via email 

Instead of copying and pasting links into emails, you can now upload email lists and send automatically via our platform. The recipient will receive an email with all the details they need – including the message you choose to attach – and hey, presto! Your work here is done. Perfect for sending to large email lists with the same message.

How do I do it? 

  1. Pick a reward > 2. Select ‘Email send’ > 3. Paste your email addresses into the box > 4. Tap ‘Send’!

🔍 Track Success with Assigned Links 

If you choose to send via SMS within the platform or using our new email function, we will now assign the phone number or email address to the unique link in your transactions list, making it even easier to keep track of who you’ve sent microgifts to and who has viewed or redeemed them.

How do I do it? 

  1. Log in > 2. Head to ‘Transactions’ tab > 3. Select Order History > 4. Click into your URLs to view the assigned contact

🧾 Better Reporting 

You no longer need to wait for us to provide you with credit notes or invoices at the end of each month. Simply log in to your account to access and download them anytime you like!

How do I do it? 

  1. Log in > 2. Head to ‘Transactions’ tab > 3. Select ‘Statements’ > 4. Download away!

🎨 Branded User Journeys

Yup, that’s right. We’ve made it possible to brand the user journey on all microgifts sent via your account, so it looks (and feels) like you on arrival. We’ve rolled the option out to a couple of our biz customers and are excited to share with more. 

How do I do it?
